Here are some sample prices to give you an idea of what might be purchased in a typical installation. This includes installation by professional electrician, or locksmiths as needed.
They all include z-wave controllers to allow you to customize how you want your switches and sensors to work.
We customize pricing for your house when we meet. You may want cameras, intelligent sprinkler controls, video doorbells that we can set up for you.

In this example, we have a programmable thermostat that you can control remotely, 5 light switches and 1 door lock.
When you unlock the door, the lights can come on so that you walk in to a lit house.
The water sensors can alert you to any potential water damage.

Adding a water shutoff allows the system to shut off the main water valve when there is a leak detected.

Presence sensors that you add to your keychain allow you to control the locks automatically, or let you know when your children have arrived.
